When shopping with cookinpellets.com please remember that we will ship within 24 hours of your approved order during regular business hours Monday though Friday 8am-5pm Central Standard Time.

Orders received on the weekends may not be shipped until the following business day.

Orders received after regular business hours will be shipped the next business day.

Any and all returns must be approved and must have a Return Authorization Number generated by cookinpellets.com

If you have any questions you may send them to info@cookinpellets.com and we will respond within 24 hours.

NO RETURNS on partial used containers.

Damaged shipments MUST be reported within 24 hours of receipt.
