This is built to work specifically with our pellets. Load up the whole thing and it will smoke about 9-11 hours! Great for cold smoking fish, cheese, nuts, chips, homemade bacon, avocados for smoked guacamole... anything. Works great if your looking to get that extra smoke flavor out of your grill. Works in ANY GRILL, LP, Gas, Electric, Pellet, Charcoal! Just place on grate fill with pellets and light with a hand held propane torch for a couple minutes and let it start smoking!
